A small South African company that builds finance automation and systems integration, and runs two brands.

The company

AVROQ (Pty) Ltd is a private company registered in South Africa in September 2026. It does two kinds of work: connecting the software a business already runs, and automating the finance work that sits between those systems. It's also the legal entity behind two brands, each with its own site, and the party you contract with whichever name the work is done under.

We don't resell software licences, we don't sit between you and your clients, and we won't automate a judgement call that should stay with a qualified person. If the honest answer is that you don't need automation, that's the answer you'll get.

Who you'll deal with

AVROQ is run by Ross from South Africa. The person you speak to on the intro call is the person who maps your process, writes the scope, builds the automation and answers when it needs attention. There's no account manager relaying messages in between.

Hours and time zones

South Africa sits two hours ahead of London in the northern winter and one hour ahead in summer, so UK firms get a full shared working day. North American firms get our afternoon, which covers their morning. South African clients get ordinary office hours, Monday to Friday. Everything runs remotely: calls, process mapping, builds and handover.
